# Majority Engine Privacy Notice

Majority Engine is a campaign cashflow planning tool. We collect only the information needed to create user accounts, route users to the right campaign workspace, calculate cashflow, support the product, and protect the system.

## Information We Collect

Majority Engine may collect:

- name, email address, campaign role, organization, campaign, and optional phone number;
- candidate, office, city, state, address, and statement-of-organization reference when submitted during account review;
- campaign workspace settings, cashflow records, buckets, clearing rules, notes, tags, imports, and reconciliation status;
- login, access request, approval, and workspace activity records needed for security and support;
- limited technical information such as request identifiers, browser metadata, and IP-derived security information.

## What We Do Not Want Users To Submit

Do not submit bank usernames, bank passwords, payment processor passwords, private keys, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or unnecessary personal identity documents.

## How We Use Information

We use information to:

- authenticate users and manage workspace access;
- calculate cash on hand, available cash, projected revenue, projected expenses, and burn down;
- help campaign staff import, review, reconcile, and export campaign cashflow data;
- support users, investigate security issues, and maintain reliable service.

## Access And Sharing

Campaign workspace data should be available only to authorized users and approved Majority Engine operators. We do not sell campaign workspace data.

## User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying imported data, reconciling account balances, and making sure campaign finance, reporting, and compliance decisions are reviewed by qualified professionals.
